Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Appsolutely Media LLC ("Appsolutely Media", "we", "us") collects through appsolutelyseo.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

We are a California limited liability company and we sell marketing services to businesses. We do not sell consumer products through this site, we do not run a blog with comments, and we do not operate a shopping cart — so nothing here describes those.

1. Who We Are and How to Reach Us

Appsolutely Media LLC, Santa Ana, California. You can reach us about anything in this policy:

2. Information We Collect

We collect only two kinds of information: what you hand us, and what your browser reports automatically.

WhatWhere it comes fromWhy
Name, business name, phone number, email address, and anything you type into the message fieldThe contact and recovery forms on this siteTo answer your enquiry and deliver the service you asked about
Which page you submitted fromA hidden field on each formSo we know which service you were reading about when you got in touch
IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, approximate locationAutomatically, when you visitAnalytics, security, and to measure whether our advertising works
A Cloudflare Turnstile tokenThe anti-spam check on every formTo confirm a person, not a bot, submitted the form
Call records, if you telephone usOur phone systemTo handle your enquiry and for training and quality purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you engage us for
  • To contact you about your account or an active engagement
  • To improve the website and understand which pages are useful
  • To measure and target advertising — see the next section, which is the part most people care about
  • To detect and prevent spam, fraud and abuse
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies

This site uses third-party technologies that set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

  • Google Analytics — measures how the site is used. Google acts as our service provider for this. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
  • Google Ads — measures which advertisements lead to enquiries, and may be used to show you our ads elsewhere.
  • Meta Pixel — measures advertising performance and may be used to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA. It checks that a form submission is human. It does not track you across websites.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never have.

We share it in four situations only:

  • Service providers who run things on our behalf — our web host, email provider, analytics and anti-spam providers — under contracts that limit them to that purpose
  • Advertising platforms, as described above, which California law classifies as "sharing"
  • Where the law requires it — a subpoena, court order, or lawful request
  • In a business transfer, if the company or its assets are ever sold, in which case this policy travels with the information

6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the following rights:

  • Right to know — what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to
  • Right to delete — ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
  • Right to correct — ask us to fix personal information that is inaccurate
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — tell us to stop sharing your information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect any, so there is nothing to limit
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising any of these rights

7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We do share it with advertising platforms in the sense California law means, and you can stop that.

To opt out, do any of the following:

8. Telephone Calls, Text Messages and Do Not Call

When you give us your phone number on a form, you are asking us to call you back about your enquiry. We may contact you at that number, including by automated dialling technology, to service your enquiry and your account.

You can tell us to stop at any time — by saying so on a call, by emailing support@appsolutelymediallc.com, or by writing to the address in section 1. We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and honour requests for at least five years.

Both of our lines are staffed: (949) 281-0094 and (877) 545-1499. Either can take a Do Not Call request.

9. If You Live Outside California

Several other US states — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and Oregon — give residents comparable rights to access, correct, delete and port their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising.

We apply the same process to everyone regardless of where you live. Use the contact details in section 1 and tell us which state you reside in.

10. How Long We Keep Information

  • Enquiries that do not become clients: kept while we follow up, then deleted
  • Client records: kept for the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require
  • Analytics data: kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics property
  • Do Not Call and opt-out records: kept indefinitely — we have to remember that you asked

11. How We Protect Information

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, and form email is delivered over authenticated SMTP. Access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it to do their job.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as California law requires.

12. Children

This site sells business services and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the change is material, we will say so prominently on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
